How integrations work

Either a platform integration (OAuth + webhook + REST) or a custom one (signed webhook + your endpoint). Either way, idempotent + audited.

OAuth-based platform

We hold the OAuth client; you authorize once. Tokens sealed under per-tenant DEK. Refresh handled. Twitter, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok all work this way.
Webhook-based platform

WhatsApp, Stripe, internal systems. We verify HMAC signatures, deduplicate by event-id, audit-log every event.
REST API

Typed POST endpoints for any system that doesn't fit the above. JSON in, JSON out, idempotency-key on every write.
Custom integration
