01 What does v1 include exactly?
Brand & Communications department, live May 31, 2026. Six social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with brand-voiced drafting, approval queue, audit log, bilingual EN+AR. Other 14 departments roll out monthly through 2026 as add-ons (Customer Care in July, Legal in August, etc.) — each available as a tier-priced upgrade.

02 Why is there no free tier?
Because supporting free users at the quality bar we hold ourselves to costs more than it earns. Every install is paid. We offer a 14-day cloud trial (no card needed) so you can verify the product before committing. Local installs ship immediately on payment.

03 Cloud vs. Local — which is right for me?
Cloud is for teams that want to sign in and get going. We host, we update, we monitor. Local is for teams that need their data inside their perimeter (regulated industries, GCC banks, gov-adjacent SaaS) — you run Docker Compose on your hardware, your data never leaves. Same product, two operating models.

04 What happens when I exceed my draft volume?
First overage forgiven (one-time). Subsequent overages auto-bill at $0.012 per draft. We notify at 80% and 100%. Pro Local has unlimited drafts (the limit is your hardware).

05 Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. Cloud upgrade is immediate; downgrade at end of billing period. Switching from Cloud to Local migrates your data via a one-shot export script we run together. Your audit trail and brand voice profiles travel with you.

06 Annual billing or non-USD currencies?
Annual: 15% off when paid up-front. QAR / AED / SAR available for Pro Local and Enterprise via regional invoicing. USD default for Cloud Starter and Cloud Pro.

07 What about taxes (VAT)?
Stripe Tax handles it automatically based on your billing address. GCC VAT included on B2C; B2B reverse-charge for VAT-registered.

08 How does OAuth Concierge work?
Most platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) require you to register a developer app to connect via OAuth — that's an hour of forms per platform. With OAuth Concierge, you click 'connect' and use our shared OAuth app instead. 5 minutes, six platforms. Cloud Pro includes it; everywhere else it's $50/mo per integration.

09 Can I bring my own LLM API key?
Yes on Cloud Pro and Pro Local: connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key and we route LLM calls through it (you save the LLM markup). On Cloud Starter, all LLM costs are included in the per-user price.

10 How do I know you'll be around in three years?
Your data is exportable any time, no lock-in. The audit log + voice profiles + posted content history are yours. Pro Local users own the install outright — even if we vanish, your install keeps running.
