  • Training

    Pulsing amber border, hollow center. Currently in active drill cycles. Scored daily.

  • Locked

    Dim, dashed border. Prerequisites not met yet. Auto-unlocks when upstream skills graduate.

  • Failed

    Brick-red border. Two or more failures in last 5 drills. Mentor review queued automatically.

  • Promotion path

    Every node knows its prerequisites and downstream unlocks. Tier advancement is deterministic.
